1. If it is used for open gears and chains, use gear lubricating oil with high base oil viscosity and strong adhesion.
2. If it is used for outdoor equipment, the water resistance and low temperature performance of gear lubricating oil should be considered. Semi-fluid grease should be used for centralized lubrication equipment; while high temperature performance of grease should be considered for equipment running at high temperature, and extreme pressure grease should be used for heavy load equipment.
3. If it is used for planetary cycloidal reducer, non-circulating lubrication of planetary cycloidal reducer can be lubricated with extreme pressure semi-fluid grease. The water resistance of gear lubricating oil should be determined according to the use environment of the equipment, and the amount of grease should be higher than that of lubricating oil.
4. If it is used for worm gear reducer, high viscosity gear lubricating oil is generally used. Under special conditions, grease with high viscosity of base oil and oily agent can be used for lubrication. If the worm gear is made of bronze or other non-ferrous metal materials, the grease is not allowed to contain strong active elements such as S and Cl.

Solution:
1. For noise problems, grease with appropriate consistency and slightly higher viscosity can be selected to provide grease adhesion and noise reduction performance;
2, plastic gear lubrication silencer to choose the continuity of mechanical stability (shear) good grease;
3, taking into account the current problem, grease consistency and base oil viscosity should be small, not too viscous;
4, the gear speed is fast, choose the grease with good adhesion, and balance the load current of the motor at the same time; For the lubricating grease will dry after a period of time, it is necessary to choose the grease mixed with synthetic base oil instead of ordinary mineral oil products;
